Intro

A German New Wave, Synthpop, Electronic Body Music, Gothic and Industrial act, founded by Steve Naghavi and Chris Ruiz in 1989.

The band formed when Steve Naghavi and Chris Ruiz met in '89 at a Berlin club. Being fans of early Electronic Body Music, they decided to follow in the footsteps of Synthpop bands like Depeche Mode by using two keyboards and a beatbox.

They became a trio with the addition of Alex Two, prior to the release of their debut album, Anguish in '91, by this time they had already gathered a good following through touring and appearances at various parties.

With this debut release they took home the "Best New Artist" award in Germany during '91.

While Naghavi was still a member of And One, Ruiz quit during '92 (he later returned in 2001).

Following these days, the band had had a highly successful, and influential career.
