Intro

A one time collaboration bought together by On U Sound labelmates in the late '80's.

It's purpose was to document and celebrate 'The English Disease' which was a phrase generally used during the period to refer to football hooliganism.

Their one album wasn't really critical of football supporters, but did make use samples of football crowds singing, commentators' reports, and post-match interviews with players, as well as managers in a set of tracks which celebrate football and the passions it arouses.

Just a note for our USA friends, football in this context translates to soccer.
